Data protection

General information on data protection

Based on Article 13 of the Swiss Federal Constitution and the federal data protection provisions (Data Protection Act, DSG), everyone has the right to the protection of their privacy and protection against misuse of their personal data. We adhere to these regulations. Personal data is treated as strictly confidential and is neither sold nor passed on to third parties. We take the protection of your personal data very seriously. In close cooperation with our hosting providers, we strive to protect the databases as well as possible from unauthorized access, loss, misuse or falsification.

When you use this website, various personal data are collected. Personal data are data with which you can be personally identified. This data protection declaration explains which data we collect and what we use it for. It also explains how and for what purpose this is done.

We point out that data transmission over the Internet (e.g. when communicating by e-mail) can have security gaps. A complete protection of the data against access by third parties is not possible.

Other data are automatically recorded by our IT systems when you visit the website. This is mainly technical data (e.g. IP address, date, time, internet browser, operating system). This data is collected automatically as soon as you enter our website and form the basis for statistical, anonymous evaluations, so that trends can be identified, which we can use to improve our offers accordingly.

An informal e-mail to us is sufficient. The legality of the data processing operations carried out before the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.

The data you enter in the contact form will remain with us until you ask us to delete it, revoke your consent to storage or the purpose for data storage no longer applies. Mandatory legal provisions - in particular retention periods - remain unaffected .
